Return Policy

We will accept items for exchange or return for full credit within 7 days from the date of receipt.

We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent you an incorrect
item. Upon receipt of returned items, PetBarn reserves the right to deny
refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Custom orders and Final Sale items can not be exchanged or returned at any time.

A credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned or
exchanged item provided the item is in its original condition, unused
and in its original packaging. The packing slip or a copy of the
transaction must be included with your return.

Please ship your Return or Exchange via a traceable shipping method such as
UPS, FEDEX, or Insured USPS (United States Postal Service) or by in
person delivery. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until
you receive your refund.

Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer is responsible for any shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 2-3
business days of receipt. PetBarn will notify you via email to the
address you have listed on your order when the refund has been applied.
Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and
post this transaction to your account.
